Triple Layer Brookie

Makes one 9x13-inch pan

1 Milk Bar Chocolate Chunk Cookie Mix

1 stick butter melted

1 egg

1 Milk Bar Brownie MIx

1 stick butter, melted

2 eggs

1 Milk Bar Confetti Cake Mix

¼ cup oil

¼ cup milk

2 eggs

Heat oven to 350F and grease and line a 9x13-inch pan.

In a large bowl, stir Cookie Mix, 1 stick melted butter and 1 egg together until well combined. Spread evenly over the bottom of the pan.

In another large bowl, stir Brownie Mix, 1 stick melted butter and 2 eggs together until well combined. Spread evenly over the surface of the cookie dough layer.

In another large bowl, stir Cake Mix, oil, milk and eggs together until well combined. Spread evenly over the surface of the brownie batter. 

Bake for 50 minutes until cake turns a golden brown and the center of your 3-layer bookie jiggles back slightly when nudged. Cool completely at room temperature before slicing.
