Pickle Chocolate Chip Cookies

Makes 1 dozen cookies

1 Milk Bar Chocolate Chunk Cookie MIx

4 tablespoons butter, melted

⅓ cup pickle juice

1 egg yolk

Heat oven to 350F and grease or line a cookie sheet.

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together until dough forms. Drop dough into 12 even spoonsfuls, 2-inches apart.

Bake 10-12 minutes or until the cookies have puffed and cracked and the edges start to caramelize, but the centers remain soft. Cool 5 mins before removing from cookie sheet and crushing!
