Chocolate Chunk Skillet Cookie

Makes one 8-inch skillet, serves 8-10

1 Milk Bar Chocolate Chunk Cookie Mix

1 stick melted butter

1 egg

Heat oven to 350F and grease an 8” skillet.

In a large bowl mix butter, egg and cookie mix together. Add anything fun into the mix you like, while you’re at it.

Spread the cookie dough evenly over the skillet and bake on the top shelf of the oven for 18-20 minutes until the cookie caramelizes on top and around the edges. 

At room temperature on a towel, while still warm, use a spatula to divide the skillet cookie into slices. Then melt chocolate and decorate the edges of your skillet cookie as you like. Serve while still warm.
