Brownie Crunch Cake

Makes one 9” cake
1 Milk Bar Brownie Mix
3 ea eggs
⅓ cup oil
⅓ cup milk
Heat oven to 325F and grease a 9-inch cake pan.
In a large bowl, mix together brownie mix, eggs, oil and milk, stirring to combine. Spread in pan then bake at 325F for 25-30 minutes or just until the center of the brownie cake sets. Cool at room temperature.
3.5 oz bar chocolate (don’t sub in choc chips!)
½ cup nutella
1 ½ cups cornflakes
Pinch salt
While the brownie cake is cooling, in a medium, heatsafe bowl, melt chocolate and nutella together in 30 second spurts, stirring until smooth. Stir in cornflakes and salt, tossing until well coated and glossy. Top the cooled brownie cake with this chocolate crunch and DIG IN.
