Air Fried pain au Chocolat / Raspberry Cream Cheese

1 pack puff pastry

+chocolate, cream cheese + jam, any filling your excited about

+egg whisked with a pinch of salt for egg wash

+decor to tell your flavor story

Roll one sheet of puff pastry out on the surface- flatten with your hand or rolling pin. Cut into thirds

Place fillings on one or both sides of your cut rectangle and roll up.

Brush with egg wash and decorate as you like.

Airfry 300F for 20 mins. Let cool slightly before digging in
